Still just as good as the first time, incredible movie.
Anyone else still revisit this gem?

You can't be the only one who saw it multiple times, as it was #1 on Memorial Day and then the following Labor Day weekends.
Anything stand out to you after multiple viewings that you didn't catch early on?

I saw it in every available format in our Regal theaters, so possibly four times in theater. The steel book was delivered to me on day one and I've probably watched it four more times since. Has yet to get old.

I haven't watched it yet. I purposely haven't watched any trailers or commercials either but I have it recorded so hopefully this weekend I finally get to see it.

This ^^^
Pretty entertaining, but waaaay overrated. Pure fantasy, nothing realistic at all.

I caught Cruise's face smoothing the first time. That was enough

Yeah
It was OK but nothing special. Certainly not interesting enough for multiple viewings this soon

It was ok but people circle jerk this movie like no other. It’s getting to be too much

hopefully he just has it on in the background while doing something else. the visuals and sound effects warrant that IMO.
i've "seen" it probably 3 times but only was actively watching it once

Worth it to see in a theater once, but the military strategy was bad and the final act was basically Star Wars - "suicidal" trench run, trust your instincts with no computer, hardass saves the heroes at the last minute . . .

One time was enough for me. It was a good movie but my god the hype on this thing is through the roof

Watched it once, its a nostalgic pretty good action movie, nothing more. I cant imagine watching it more than 2-3 times

I’m disappointed.

The revolutionary (practically-filmed/no CGI) camera shots made it as close as I'll ever get to flying in a cockpit with the Blue Angels.
It was definitely an experience and I watched it twice in the theaters. There were moments I felt were reminiscent of DisneyWorld's Soaring or Avatar's flying attraction, only at jet speed, & only 10 minutes from my house w/o having to travel to Orlando.

Here comes the obligatory “eh looking back on it it’s actually overrated” hot take that so many on this board love to do
It was fantastic then, is fantastic now, and is very rewatchable
