Build T&F a new stadium passed The Box. This free’s up land central to campus. A new indoor would allow LSU to host championship events.
Build a brand new PMAC on the corner property. Build it in such a manner that it can host concerts and other revenue generating events not associated with school.
The Box needs to have the LF/RF baselines torn down from the end of the chair backs. The concourse needs to be 360°. This allows for chair backs down the foul poles and additional club space, batting cages underneath. Additional suites need to be added down the lines. Move the bullpens to LF/RF and have student seating surrounding the visitor pen.
Tiger Stadium needs cosmetic updates. The NEZ portals need to be redone in a way to make it all look symmetrical. If it’s possible, I would extend the NEZ scoreboard to go 40ft in both directions. I’d replace the static ad board in the SEZ to look like the two ribbon boards above. There is also a lot of dead space in the back of house that could be used as additional club spaces/aux space. I’d remove the original weight room next to the current locker room and build a larger locker room. I’d then make a ground level club room that has access to see team come out the tunnel.

Tiger Stadium lower bowl needs a full reno. Concourses, restrooms, seating. I'd seen some leaked renderings pitching potential ideas for what could come to be.
In the past, the pitch was simple. Show up, sit in a seat and watch a football game but now the draw isn't so straightforward. Every sports venue has to present value aside from show up, watch game because fans can do that a lot cheaper on the couch. What else can you offer in the experience to draw people in.
So the question is what can Tiger Stadium do to enhance and supplement the gameday Stadium experience.
A lot of Stadiums are adding social areas, standing room areas with quick access to bars/food, premium bartop style seating areas. Can you do anything within the footprint of Tiger Stadium where say fans can show up a few hours early and drink a beer, watch other games on TVs, socialize with other fans. I mean that's basically a tailgate but not everyone has that available or wants to fool with that hassle.
Coincidentally, I just saw Arkansas just announced plans for a social/bar space like I mentioned...
Tennessee also tore out some upper deck seating and put in bar top seating
I think the capacity wars are over. Eventually we'll see Tiger Stadium reduce capacity in favor of spaces like this as well as go to lower bowl chair backs for more space.

Have you seen the outfield at Yankee Stadium? Well, we are the New York Yankees of College Baseball!

Alex Box idea: Trying to mix desire for atmosphere and premium seats
Remove RF bleachers. Add a well designed berm, which would include a section for students. You could even do premium tailgate areas.
To compensate for RF bleachers, add a LF 2nd level, which I am thinking of as a sort of club level. Everything these days with construction is done with revenue generation in mind.
Make bleachers chair backs - get rid of the green color.
Move bullpens
General updates to existing suites and clubs. Concourse is already pretty nice.

What does every one want to see in a renovation of Alex Box
I can see your reasoning. Improve the stadium and maybe they can attract great coaches and recruit a championship team. Then finally they might be able to get some fans to come out to the games. Right?

Example moving Bullpens, create a social area, all chair backs. I’m not meaning do a $50 update to the Box.

I saw an interview with Jay Johnson from 10 months ago and he said back in the fall that he had renovation blue prints on his desk so whatever they are, they’ll be made soon.

Covered seating down the sidelines at Alex Box. It’s hot as Hades here and rains all the time.

Seat backs will probably bring the covered grandstand to the foul poles.

Retractable roof for football and baseball to eliminate lightning delays

I think an adjacent entertainment area would be cool. It would be used pre and post game time and during long rain delays. LINK
