Favorite tacos in BR

Specifically taco trucks or taquerias. Lately my go-to quick spot has been La Salvadoreña trailer at Tiger Bend/Jefferson. Also Tu Tienda on Siegen. Any other good recs?

El Tio on Burbank at Gardere. It's kind of a dump but I really like their tacos.

El Limon on Jones Creek.
The Florida/ONEAL/Jefferson/Airline quadrant is your best bet. But Gardere is good too.
Stay away from wealthy neighborhoods for the most part.

I don’t know much about BR, but if you are ever on I-10 passing through Lafayette, check out La Papa Loca. It’s only about a mile off the interstate.

Went there last week with a massive craving for their birria tacos. Pulled on the door without even noticing the sign, then I pretty much felt my soul leave my body when I read "closed until further notice". I'm stoked to hear they are back open. I will definitely be having that for lunch tomorrow!

Mi Cuevita on Old Hammond near Sherwood forest. They also have really good menudo on weekends.

Also check out Tacos El Mosco. They have a food truck that sets up on Airline right in front of CSC customs. They also just opened a brick and mortar restaurant in Prairieville.
