But why? He’s as pure as the wind driven snow.

Big guy never had meetings or business dealings with the best man he knows. Remember that he never met with Hunter’s buddies. This is Trump’s collusion against poor Joe

An opposition party politician saying this doesn't amount to much.

Biden is going to sue MAGA for defamation….lol. And win.

Can a current president be subpoenaed to be questioned by House Judiciary Committee? Hell. They started this. Let's make history if this has never happened before. Bring him forward. And yes, a House Judiciary Comittee is nothing more than a tongue lashing that does not get much traction in a court. But, in this instance this is media that may actual wake people up if they view it on other platforms such as YouTube, Rumble, Twitter and Tiger Droppings.
ETA: I am reading, yes they can subpoena a sitting president. It takes a lot of work but are the Republicans willing to do the work to make this happen is the bigger question.

this is ridiculous he has been lawyered up. he has lawfare lawyers and his entire cabinet.
do we pay for his lawyers if he uses his cabinet lawyers?
he got his son a sweet deal. can he not get him one? I mean, he controls the DOJ.

I heard it was all malarkey.

What is he alluding to, specifically?

Hunter not paying child support is a state issue so that will handle itself in state court where he hast to appear.
The tax situation is a federal issue.
Where I am going with this, is that Biden will not be able to pardon Hunter under the state issue concerning child support. I expect the child support to be paid out with CCP funds. He skates by on this one.
On the other hand, his tax situation is a federal offense so, Daddy will pardon him.
Biden most likely will pardon himself and Hunter before he leaves the White House next year. Neither one will do any time.
How fricked up is this? No laptop, no business dealing with China and his "FATHER" that is sitting in the room.
The democrats put these two things forward just to tell people, look, we did something. He is being charged. But these charges being brought forward is light weight compared to things that are still there not being pushed to the front. Garland needs to be under the prison. He's a disgraceful son of a bitch.

I don't think a sitting President can pardon themselves.
He'll likely pardon Hunter on any tax or FARA violations, but if this bribery/influence-peddling thing has legs, he may be Impeached before Hunter goes to court on federal charges.

I think this is over the CCP deals.
did you not hear that the FBI cleared Hunter? his taxes were paid by a hollywood lawyer guru, he will pay baby mama.

You are probably correct. But if you pardon the people involved in the accusation/felony, does this make the whole case a moot point if you are the president involved with this? What I am getting at is the whole thing looked at as if it never happened? Let's say Biden pardons everyone that is a citizen of the United States involved with this. He gets by also, even though he cannot legally pardon himself? There is a ton of loopholes that they are looking at I am sure.
