A new nightclub is opening in Kyiv!!!!

Seems like a great investment opportunity to start a new business in a war torn country.
Anybody on TD have experience opening up a new business in a war zone? I am sure a new nightclub will help the morale of its citizens and local military troops. Could be a very lucrative business opportunity!

Based in the city’s techno quarter, the new club will take over the former space of MetaCulture A new nightclub is opening this week in Kyiv. ENCES is taking over the former space of club MetaCulture on Nyzhnoiurkivska Street, in the centre of the city’s techno quarter. The new club is set to launch this Saturday with an opening party headlined by Kyiv’s own Nastya Muravyova. LINK

there hasnt been a single shot fired in that country in over a year now.
all manor of business is open and night clubs and bars are doing great, schools and stores are all open.
the only time anyone talks about the war is during standup comedy routines and when those pallets full of our tax money starts running low.

It's a well known fact that there were a lot of parties going on as the Russians descended on Berlin.
Probably didn't open new clubs, but there was partying and lots of sex going on.
