The Republicans should start impeachment of Biden for having the classified documents now just to make a statement that if his administration is indicating trump for it then the sitting president shall be held to the same standard.

Ive personally e-mailed him that I will no longer vote for him since his boy McCarthy sent the freedom caucus as well as the House so he could sell out to Brandon lifting debt ceiling for two years voluntarily and original bill to curb was abandoned..
Scalise I believe actually believed Mc Carthy would not fold/wrinkle like a cheap shirt but that is his problem for doing so.

when he got shot, i prayed for him to be ok.

The DOJ does not impeach. Congress does.

Even if they did, the Senate will have nowhere close to the votes required to convict.
Political theater sucks and is a waste of time. That is all an impeachment would be.

Two of our LA congressmen have no problem expressing their opinions, concern or outrage, but when pressed for their follow-up actions they tap dance with the best of them.
