Man I hope we aren't about to lose Community to Texas.

Community Coffee opens north Texas office
TheAdvocate
Community Coffee has opened an office in Frisco, Texas, its first administrative location outside of Baton Rouge.
The privately held company would not disclose how many employees are working in the Texas office, but said they cover several departments, including marketing, human resources, finance, sales and product innovation. All of the employees were recruited from Texas, so the staffing of the office has not affected the number of Community employees in Baton Rouge.
Community said it decided to open an office in Frisco because metro Dallas is national hub for the restaurant industry. Brinker International, the parent company of Chili’s, is headquartered in the area, along with Dave & Buster’s. Other important partners in the area are H-E-B, the popular Texas supermarket chain, and Southwest Airlines, which has served Community Coffee on its flights since 2016.

Our state will probably sue them to stay here and then wonder why they left.

I think they've been getting sneaky. Replaced coffee and chicory with "New Orleans Blend" to fool people. Hiding in the label that it doesn't have chicory. And the real chicory and coffee is off the shelves, here at least. I used to get it at the grocery store now I have to order it on eBay from someone in Vietnam

O/U on how many years before they announce they’re moving to TX?

With the great schools, low crime, excellent roads/traffic, favorable business environment and distinguished leadership, why would any company want to leave Baton Rouge?

I think Gaucho has moved into the FEMA camp at this point. They only give him a limited amount of time on dialup internet and he posts more on welding forums than TD. His last post was about 3D Printers printing ramen noodles a month ago.

Frisco stay winning and that urban core keeps getting bigger.
Almost like a competition between the DNT and I-30 who can build more shite.

I was surprised how every grocery store has community coffee here in Houston. The Costco here has the same bulk bags as the Louisiana stores.
