This wasnt a highway, state road, interstate, or even a farm road. Its the roads on Disney property that leads you to the theme parks, parking lots, or hotels. They all dead end at security booths for entry into a Disney owned property

I told you I was traveling away from the hotels. The 3 people that got stopped where driving on the overpass above the Magic Kingdom parking road, on the way TO THEIR HOTEL. Most likely Shades of Green, where I was not staying
