I think we have found the Duke Of New York’s car for an Escape

The wood panels might not work with todays cars, but they did sell a ton of Country Squire’s back in the day.

The wavy plastic bumpers of the 80's were terrible. The plastic game was not up to par at that time. Also government bumper regulations were probably hard to deal with.

Car touch screens are stupid. I could keep my eyes on the road and knew where the knobs were. My wife’s Buick has part of the AC controls on the touchscreen and part on buttons. You can wreck trying to find the right menu.

Rear louvers may look stupid but they're highly functional since it keeps the sun from beating down on the rear glass.

car exhaust sound built into the stereo (can't turn it off)

remember magnets in the fuel lines for better gas milage?

and I'll see your wiper spoiler, and raise the dual wipers that would almost always fly off on high

the dozens of "additives" that were a new motor in a can
(which was correct, it was just gonna be you needing a new one after putting that crap in the original engine)

Yes, the rear window louvers. I had a Datsun with these.
Definitely NOT a chick magnet.
