Dude looks exactly like he wants to look. No apparent plastic surgery, from where I’m sitting, which itself is a notable feature given the average outlook on that type thing with others on his level.

He doesn't look that bad for his age. Most 80 year old men look just like that. We will all get old and making it to his or Biden's age is something I hope to do in a few decades. Trump may not still have his fastball everyday, but he isn't senile at all. Sharp for his age imo.
The question is will he be ok in 6 years and nobody knows. Those are dicey years but he is ok now for sure.
