He's not doing what he did in 2016, not even 2020. He's hanging out in Mar a Lago and the only events he has done is the Waco event a while back, the CNN Town Hall, and then playing some golf.
If he wants to act like he did in the past and go back to multiple events a day and pushing like he is 50 that's great, I'd love to see it. In the meantime he looks like a guy who is getting old fast which is very common among men in their late 70's. It's even more common with guys that live on McDonalds and Diet Coke, it's not like Trump is known for being a fitness fanatic.

The question is will he be ok in 6 years and nobody knows. Those are dicey years but he is ok now for sure.
The choice isn't between him and Biden, the choice is between him and the 44 year old guy. I think he looks good for a guy in his late 70's but I don't know anyone in their late 70's that is as sharp as they were in their 50's or 60's. They can look great for a day but the sharpness isn't there consistently. It's just biology.
Like I said it Trump wants to prove me wrong I'm all for it. Start doing 3 events a day and multiple interviews and show you still have your fastball. If he doesn't then he needs to step aside. I'm voting for him if he is the nominee and I don't want a guy who can't handle the job.
Virtually all of the responses so far are talking about Trump as President from 3 plus years ago and not the Trump of today. Let's not forget that even the corpse that is Biden can look decent for a few hours at times if they pump him full of enough drugs and makeup. If he is good to go then he needs to show it because he looked freaking old AF at that golf tournament.

Once again, he needs to prove he still has it by getting out there daily. His current schedule makes Biden look like a busybody. A 73 year old is not the same as a 76 or an 80. Trump was 69 when he was first elected.
If he wants to prove he is young enough to handle it he needs to go out and show it. Doing an event a month and putting out some 1 minute long videos on Truth isn't going to cut it.

My Dad was the strongest man I've ever known, could work my arse into the ground when he was 70. By his late 70's though he was a different man. Last few years he was a shadow of himself, broke my freaking heart. Then he died at 83.
Time always wins and this isn't 2016.
