On the expansion of the IRS under Biden:

Idk the one area the GOP does usually get their shite together on is taxes. They have already tried to repeal the IRS expansion and if they take control of government I could see a big push here.

So when Trump said he would build a wall and Mexico would pay for it was he lying for votes or do you think he believed it?
I would have loved for Mexico to buy us a wall but I was a bit suspect that they would.
Fairtax has been around since Forbes ran for president, maybe longer. I doubt it ever happens but BDR was asked if he would favor it. A lie would have been saying no.

I think folks have sales taxes figured out. When I buy something they do a great job of charging me 100% of the time. Maybe you guys shop somewhere different but the stores I shop at never forget to charge me.

The stores still have to send in the taxes is what he meant
In LAif you operate a retail outlet you collect the tax at POS but you still have to send separate payments to the state and parish/city so there is still accounting to be done and if you don't send any remittance then the state or parish come after you and do an estimate based on previous filings. They can also audit you to make sure you aren't lying about how much you took in and simply keeping the sales tax.
He is saying you would still need the IRS to enforce the collection of the sales tax so stores don't fudge the numbers and keep some of it.
