You can keep reiterating your example but that doesn’t make it factual.

If anyone else would have won it, you would not be making this argument

Actually, it’s the very definition of a fact. No other postseason was preceded by an offseasons worth of rest, played in empty gyms except family with no travel. If y’all could refute this, y’all would have by now. Hence, the bubble doesn’t count.

And that is conjecture.

I thought you could figure out what I was trying to say. But I’ll spell it out.

You claimed Larry was the GOAT in his prime and there will never be another as great as he. Along with other random praise. But the only supporting evidence you gave was telling the group to look at what Pat Riley had to say about Larry.

So I googled Pat Riley and greatest player of all time. And low and behold, it was a quote about Kareem and not Larry.

I agree with this . Any person saying Larry bird was overated is smoking some heavy shite… the biggest trash talker ever and he backed it up every time….if
I had a team and could draft any player I want. My list would include

MJ
Magic
Bird
Hakeem
Shaq.

So I need to list everything that makes Bird A GOAT? Lmao. Name another player that took a shite team to the playoff in his first year by himself.

No you keep saying this stupid statement

quote:

It’s the equivalent of crowning a champion the first month of the season.

Which is in no way correct. These players weren't allowed an off season training program. They weren't allowed a free agency period. These were the exact same teams that ended the regular season that played in the bubble. The same teams that had already played 50+ games to learn each other and get a feel for coaching and their rotations. It was completely even playing field for all teams

and back to your stupid example

quote:

It’s the equivalent of crowing a champion the first month of the season.

The Bubble lasted from July all the way til October. Just a few days more than a month of play it seems? The lakers played 29 games after the Bubble started. It's not like a bunch of randos showed up and played 10 games and decided who was the champion

You can discredit it all you want but it's only because the Lakers and AD\Lebron were involved

Did the 2020 season stop on March 11th then resume with seeding games on July 30th to begin the postseason?
How many days are in between March 11th and July 30th?

The 21-2022 NBA Season ended on June 16th. The 2022-23 season began on October 18th. How many days between june 16th and October 18th?

It is entirely correct as they entered the bubble on July 7th 2020. Everything else you said is irrelevant.

Would you like the answers to my questions or can you figure it out on your own?

No, you can't argue the Bubble doesn't count then get mad that someone else devalued Wilt's title. That's a contradiction. You can say it's not, but like you've done this entire thread, you're just saying words with zero to back up anything you've said.

But keep on with the contradictions, I know you won't stop.

Easy way to box yourself in, which one of Kobe's 5 or MJ's 6 titles came in an 8 team league? None, ok then, Russell has 0 titles, and you can't logically refute that if you think Lebron has 3.

Kobe and MJ never won a title in an 8 team league, the very definition of fact.

Russell has 0 titles.

Nothing you said here is remotely of any substance

Did any other postseason have an offseason worth of rest between the end of the regular season and the playoffs?
