I mean they literally named it a "front" group. 
I've always been curious why nobody trails these guys back to their hidey holes. Pick one, follow him home and do an address search. But I guess their brothers in law enforcement set a perimeter for them.
Honestly if I was near their haunts in DC. I'd be tempted to buy the fed boy starter back and shuffle in as they escape to the protected space of the subway.
