I've heard several economists and bankers on the left say the best way to curb inflation is to drive down working class wages......not white collar wages, working class wages.

I've always said, if it were college professors, politicians, IT professionals, engineers, doctors, lawyers, bankers, etc. pouring across the border to displace white collar professionals in this country the border would have been locked down decades ago.

They don’t send IT professionals over the border. They use H1Bs to get techno coolies.

I know we all make 6 figures, but most people don’t. This makes sense from an economic perspective.
