Yesterday I was with my kids at the redlight on Siegen, about to get on the interstate. There was this black dude with dreads in a stained wifebeater with khaki cargo shorts stumbling around between the retaining walls under the overpass. He was either pissing on someone who was laying down there or getting blown, right out in the middle of the fricking day. You could see the tops of 2 people's heads who were sitting or laying there. I recently listened to an interview with the Keep Tigertown Beautiful lady who says that particular area is the most vile, horrendous spot in the entire city. Filled with human shite, reeking of piss and vomit, whole plate lunches people have gave them just rotting, used diapers, literally THOUSANDS of needles... You name it.
Either way, this motherfricker just ambles out into the daylight and whips out his sign, ready to beg. But right before he did it, I saw his eyes and they were soulless. The dude looked mad as frick - like he had nothing to lose. I could TOTALLY see him attack someone just as soon as beg for money. It's a look I haven't seen on these people's faces before. Not that pitiful look. It was completely psychotic.
It's time for this shite to end. How can the powers that be in this worthless fricking city NOT do something about this? It's so fricked up and I feel like it's reaching a zenith here. Someone is going to stab someone through a window or shoot somebody or who knows. It's bad and it has to be stopped.

They also raid sharps boxes at hospitals, which apparently are very lowly secured or looked after.
Either way, there must be some way to fill those walls in with concrete so they can't hide/sleep/live in between them. Or maybe we can arrange some kind of gofundme to pay cops extra shifts to just park in the median and run these frickers off. Obviously since the city is so inept and we now need private citizens to clean up all the shite, why can't we just privately fund cops to get these dreg motherfrickers out of here?
My kids were freaked out and we've literally driven by that spot every day the last 5 years. I keep a 380 in the truck and this was one of the first times I was on any alert to go for it. It's reaching a whole new level of fricked up.

They should interview some of the homeless on Sherwood Forest BLVD, Airline Highway, etc and ask them what part of NY and NJ they are from and how they were given money from state officials in those states, placed on buses and sent to Baton Rouge and other southern cities with a week long hotel stay. Also interview them about the drug culture they are involved in and how there are people pimping them out to beg.
