I’m having difficulty interpreting that statement. He wants people to disappear obviously, but does he want to murder them and fertilize cane fields or enslave former residents?

Confusing, but my thoughts were that we can develop the 100 acre sugar cane Field across the street from your neighborhood, where you paid 50k for a postage stamp lot where your house sits. Definitely a weird flex.
