Planning family trip to Austin - kids are all teenagers. Looking for suggestions on what to do.

The Oasis on Lake Travis food is gross but their margaritas and salsa are super addicting and so is the view. Its worth it but don't go all out on the food portion.
I also did a duck boat tour and its was awesome! Our tour guide was cool, funny, and informative. We took the boat on Lake Austin and he pointed out a few celebrity homes.
I really wanted to go to Franklins BBQ but didnt have enough time while I was there. I settled on Terry Black's and was not disappointed.
Rainey Street is the new party lot. We rode scooters around the Capitol, did the Capitol tour, and stopped in on a few live bands on 6th street.
Bought a pair of Tecova's on Congress and ate at a really good mexican spot nearby but I don't remember the name of it.

Probably some time over the summer

Longhorn Cavern State Park would be a good way to get out of the heat and see some hills along the way.

LBJ library is on UT's campus. Also LBJ's ranch and the southern White House is 60 miles west of Austin. Pretty cool self guided tour. You can even get on the plane he flew in from Washington. If you go there you are 11 miles from Luckenbach,Texas and then only 10 miles from Fredricksburg. Plenty to do there from Nimitz South Pacific museum and The Enchanted Rock and much more.

I know this sounds kind of lame but there's lots of art murals all over the city that are fun to take pictures with. We did a search for Instagram-worthy spots and just drove around one afternoon looking for all of them. My teen girls thought it was a cool thing to do.

State Capital complex and the Bob Bullock museum are great - but maybe not for non-Texans.

Walk around South Congress one afternoon, grab lunch at a nearby restaurant and do some shopping. Plenty of stores around there that will entertain teenage girls (Kendra Scott) and boys (Yeti).
Also, I see the duck boat tours but if kids are into the water, Lake Austin is gorgeous and you may just want to rent one. That's where you'll find me during the summer.
