Coffee doesn't do anything for me

Coffee doesn't wake me up or keep me awake. I've actually had days where I've had 2-3 cups of coffee and gone back to bed. Anybody else have this happen to you?

I bet your bowels disagree...

I don't drink coffee and I think I have more energy throughout the day than my friends that drink it.

I drink it as part of a morning routine. I don’t feel any noticeable effects from caffeine. Could have 0 or 1000mg.

Your body adapts to any chemical altering drugs and medications. Take some time away from coffee and you will feel it again.

I drink 3-4 cups a day. It doesn't do much for me either but I enjoy it

It’s only a diuretic for me. No buzz or alertness. Therefore, I don’t drink it

I can drink 3 cups in the morning and go back to sleep, but if I drink it after 5 PM, I'm up all night. Doesnt make sense.

Maybe your adenosine receptors don't bind easily to caffeine. That, or your variant of the CYP1A2 enzyme metabolizes caffeine too quickly. Either one of these can impact how much caffeine affects you.

I like the stay awake caffeine pills. Gets you a little buzz in the morning.

I drink 2 cups in the morning and that's typically all of the caffeine I have all day. On the weekends sometimes I'll have 3 and you could peel me off the ceiling.

I don't drink it for the "pep". I drink it cause I like coffee, but I drink dark roast. The darker the roast, the more caffeine has been burned out of it. If you want the stimulant, try Turkish coffee and get back to me.

How often do you drink it?
I dont drink coffee regularly but when I do it fires me up, not immediately but after 10/15 min

Well, that happens with meth addicts

I don't drink coffee, but when I start to think my pre-workout isn't doing anything, that first day in the gym without it is rough.

Yeah it doesn’t really do anything for me either. I used to have a cup before bed while reading. But I do enjoy it.

Have you considered smoking meth?

How many scoops are you using per cup? In my experience, people who say they drink multiple cups a day are drinking tinted water that kind of resembles coffee.
