Any time there’s a noose for instance. I’m not sure if I’ve seen a story yet where the noose legitimately was a racist act from a white person to a black one.

That is far too many citations from this dude's dogshit papers, this academic research has a massive influence in public policy and I have a feeling that this guy is only one of potential thousands who are spreading tainted research papers.

Probably because when called out on it, he made statements like the one below.
The pussy administrators didn't want to be accused of racism themselves so they let it ride (it mentions in the article that after the original allegations were lodged there was an inquiry but no further action was taken).
It just got to a point where he continued with the fraud and it couldn't be ignored anymore.
