What if as a government you had a massive population of homeless drug addicts and drug addicts in general pulling down the productivity of your nation. How do you fix the problem when the addicts themselves do not want to be fixed and do it so that your hands don’t get dirty ?
A few recreational drug users here and there would be small potatoes compared to the end game of having these societal leeches off the books.

There is a lot of frickery going on with this and none of it makes sense to me
I believe the frickery occurred when the hooks and pimp panicked when the dude OD'd and died and then had the bright idea to move the body to avoid getting questioned by police. They haven't been charged with murder, so I would assume the coroner told the cops the dude was already dead before he was wrapped up and his body moved.

I've heard media reports that this is happening (doesn't make sense to me for the reason you stated) BUT that is NOT what happened hear. Dude was rolling around smoking crack with Stanka and the two rando's it's when he met up with the hookers at stanka's place the hookers started shooting up and he joined in.

You’re right. Completely different situation though. People on the streets are not buying cocaine because it’s too expensive. They’re looking for crack, smack, all the cut stuff. In that case, OD’s are a sign that it’s some strong stuff.

I also have a separate question. Media tells us that very little fentanyl can kill you. I have zero knowledge with it. Is fentanyl something you can get used to where its not deadly in normal doses? I guess it must be something you can build immunity to which would explain why Tabetha did it and was fine but it killed NateDawg.
I've been confused about this, as well. Not that I'm a drug expert, but I don't think people can OD from smoking crack. If they have a bad heart, I could see them possibly having a heart attack.
I've heard the same about fentanyl - a small amount can kill someone who's never had it. I'm assuming Tabbetha had a high tolerance, given the track marks on her arms on her FB pics. Her FB page scares me. I've also wondered if they were shooting up coke, since there wasn't any heroin in the toxicology report.
Just think - if Nathan had just been satisfied with prostitute #1, he may have lived. Instead, he asks for prostitute #2, and gets the even nastier skank that brought the drugs that killed him.
