I‘ve done it a few times when I’m out and about with the dog. Most places I leave him in the car if heat is appropriate, but since they allow them in I bring him as an opportunity to socialize him.

Is it just HD or any store that gets your panties in a bunch?

So we now know that babytac/porthudsonplaya doesn’t have a dog

I get annoyance at people who treat dogs like kids
But HD is welcoming to dogs and if the idea of dogs who don’t get to go into places often getting to go to the store with their people annoys you, you might need to loosen up and enjoy life a little more.

I worked at HD for 6.5 yrs back in the day. Always enjoyed seeing peoples pups. Never a problem. They were always welcome.

Dogs should be welcomed in all stores.

I suppose i could experiment by sending Aristotle and Sherman with my carpenters the next time i decide to do handicraft projects. As if I’d ever set foot in a place where droves of laypeople congregate to perform such mundane tasks.

Moved into a new house and had a laundry list of shite to get at Home Depot. Was nice to bring the dog and not worry about him being anxious at the new place. Get fricked OP

I have a seeing eye dog, but my vision’s fine. I just prefer to keep my eyes closed at all times.

im with you. these people think their and their dogs shite don’t stink. they are almost as bad as people who bring dogs to others home unannounced and family that brings their pooch to holiday celebrations. and i have a dog

i chuckle at how a good portion of this thread is devolving into a pissing contest between the saints and falcons fan base. lol but yeah falcons suck.

Stay home and order from the internet if you’re scared of a puppy.

“dog parents”
quote:Not the same thing. A dog roaming the neighborhood is almost always someone’s pet that got away. I post out of respect for the owners that may not even know their dog is loose and their children that would be devastated if the family pet got hurt or killed. Dogs that run away are dumb, and vet bills are fricking expensive. You lose nothing looking out for the people living less than spitting distance away.
people who post on their neighborhood facebook group every single time they see a dog
quote:Yes, they are just animals, but I’d much rather someone bring their calm and quiet dog to Home Depot than their wild arse children. Dogs don’t belong inside anywhere that’s crowded or sells food, but if the only issue is that you see dogs in a hardware store, then that’s a you problem.
enter stores and expect humans not animals
