No thread yet so starting because I was shamed into it.

Anyway...

Homa's group looks brutal / Rickie already taken down the Euro scum of Rahm.

Printable Bracket

Give me Im after the big win to take it all down.

I love match play events and the #13 hole today was fun to watch.

Match play is a huge equalizer and it's great that guys like Fowler and Day are playing well.

Pulling for Sam to round into form this week.

Kisner is interesting this week. He has more wins than anyone at this event, but he's also 184th in the FedEx Cup. He needs to start playing better. It'd be kind of cool if this springboards his season.

Zalatoris gone. Lost 5 and 3.

With his putting I just can't see him winning a lot on tour. Dude missed a 3 footer yesterday when he did a double take/pause on his backswing. It's just a matter of time before he fully gets the yips.

He can still compete in majors because of how good his ball striking is, but man the putting from short distances can be hard to watch.

Doesn’t even seem that long ago when he was a very popular and hot name on tour.

He’s already in Brysonland using an armlock putter. That’s some serious yips

He’s still the 8th ranked player in the world and just finished 4th at Genesis a couple months ago. He hits the ball so good he’ll compete generally if he has a decent putting week.

he's a great golfer, and he'll probably have a long career. But I just don't see him being a guy that wins a bunch of tournaments and definitely not majors. Which normally with young top 10 guys you get the feeling that there is a possibility for them to go on and do that.

Maybe not, but he’s played in 11 majors in his career and has 6 top 10s and 3 runner ups.

Yep, he needs to make it to the knockout round and win that match to put him in the final 8. That should be enough to get him in. He just lost to Billy Ho, so now he needs to win tomorrow and needs Rahm to not lose to Billy. If Rahm wins, Rickie and Rahm go to a sudden death playoff to advance. If Rahm and Billy tie, Rickie and Billy go to a sudden death playoff. If Billy beats Rahm, Rickie is out. This is all assuming Rickie wins tomorrow.
