From what I was told by a friend, those same bicyclist then car jacked another guy and shot him. Then took his truck.

Sounds like a couple of savages on a crime spree and there is no description of them so the public can be on the lookout for them.
If someone else is victimized by these animals, the people withholding the description should be held accountable.
A description could make the difference in whether or not they are identified and arrested.
