The firing of the general & hiring of McMeh is punishment enough. We’ve essentially given ourselves a self imposed death penalty.

Essentially since they can't do anything, they're going to wait as long as possible to make a ruling, thus doing damage to LSU's basketball program even though they have nothing. LSU should file suit against the NCAA and force a ruling.
