Two vehicles - a Dodge Charger and a Dodge Challenger that belonged to Miles’ teammates, Miller and Bradley - were blocking the road where the Jeep was parked.
Nowhere here does it say they purposely kept the jeep from fleeing a murder.

The wording is unfortunate. I clearly see what people are latching onto. But I don’t believe these guys assisted a murder by blocking a jeep cali gang initiation style.

The DA has seen the video. Has the texts. Has seen and listened to Miller’s dash cam recording. And doesn’t seem to think he drove up and doomed the victim to die by blocking them in.

He gave somebody a gun knowing they might use it to kill somebody

Would you do that?

That's about the worst statement I could imagine possible from a coach over this. Wow.

He’s just a guy who had his jeep in the wrong place at the wrong time right?

A nice guy just returning some property parked in the wrong spot.

I would not give someone a gun knowing they were going to use it to kill someone unless I somehow knew it would be in self defense. And even then I would probably stay far away from the scene and call the police and tell my friend to gtfo of there.

We know Miller didn’t know a whole lot about this situation. If there were texts of him acknowledging that he was bringing the gun for a murder he’d be arrested.

I find it odd that the article didn’t mention any of Miller’s replies to “bring my gun.” There are SURELY quite a few texts from Miller here.

The DA has it all. It doesn’t seem likely that the DA has incriminating messages or audio from Miller and is still deciding not to press any charges at all.

I didn’t say this case was buried, but you responding with OJ Simpson to the comment someone else made about not being able to bury cases in big cities was just really stupid.

The premise you can’t bury cases in big cities is really stupid.

Fair enough that OJ wasn’t a buried case, but whether a case is buried or the criminal just gets away with it, it doesn’t make a difference at the end of the day.

Size of the city doesn’t play a factor in this case, and there’s nothing to suggest any coverup.

Did he know? The person he gave it to didn’t do the literal shooting.

If I had a friend ask for their gun back, I’d probably go give it to them as soon as possible. Primarily because I wouldn’t want to be hauling around a gun I don’t own.

On the other hand, I probably have more trustworthy friends than this bunch.

To me, the issue of what they did wrong, especially in terms of criminal charges, hinges more on the blocking the car in aspect.

I believe this is the road they “blocked.”

On a busy night, with cars parked on the side, wouldn’t anything turning down this road block the shite out of it? Miles didn’t even do the shooting(frick him). It was handed off to another guy who did it.

People want Miller to be in on a plot to murder a woman and to have purposely helped carry it out. Adding up what the DA has said and the information they have(texts, nearby video, witnesses, Miller’s own dash cam), what Oats has said about how long they’ve known everything, and observing Miller in interviews and shite(I know we don’t REALLY know anyone), I’d bet opposing fans are wrong about Miller’s involvement in this situation.

No idea. We do know that he either got out of bed or stopped what he was doing at 1:45 in the morning and drove the gun to him.

You tell us, you seem to have all the answers

Also, can’t wait to dig into your post history on Ray Lewis. I’m sure it will be consistent

With texts like this, it’s not surprising these guys would be dumb enough to get mixed into this stuff.

I don’t know either. I find it curious that they weren’t mentioned. They will tell a LOT.

I’m not saying Miller is guilty of murder or accessory, but I also don’t believe he didn’t know what the gun was likely going to be used for. And that at least should bring on discipline from the university level IMHO

1:45am and someone asks for his “gat” or whatever ghetto arse term he used is pretty obvious

Miller was just trying to work his way through medical school. Probably was on his way to being the next senator from Alabama. I mean if I had a dime for every pistol I’ve returned at 2am! He should be getting a medal of commendation
