FoxNews is reporting that we definitely shot down the object over Lake Michigan. Not reading through the entire thread, has that been known or am I just behind?

If not is not the Chinese or the even the Russians we need to be on the phone with both asap because if it is coming from “someplace” else we need to be on that shot and make sure we are all on the same page.

That one has been deleted now, but it was also thoroughly debunked in the comments if it's the one I'm thinking.
It was a video someone captured of a small birthday balloon, and it wasn't even over Lake Michigan or Huron.
