I'm surprised the Boomers aren't out there politicking for this one.

We may not have won many championships, but hey it was fun!

McClendon has the practice facility named after him. Which is appropriate. Just because a coach was decent back in the day doesn't mean we need to name everything after them.

The practice field is named after him. That is enough.

Nick Saban won a title and set us on a solid path for 20 years. I’d be ok with the field being named after Nick Saban.

It’s more deserving than Dale Brown afterall.

Charlie Mac did so much more than Daddy Dale and I would NEVER politic for this.

It wasn’t “Boomers” politicking for Daddy Dale, it was a small loud few starting with Temple.
Shame on you for making a comment about something you have no idea and singling out “boomers”.

She didn't win a title but that would be deserving, IMO.

There’s only one coach in this university’s history, that deserves a field or stadium to be named after him, and good thing they were able to name the field at The Box, Skip Bertman Field.
