I'm not pulling for Georgia, for sure. Can't say I'd be giddy about TCU winning, either. Their coach has too much of the "we get no respect" shtick, which reminds me of Clemson. That makes it hard to pull for them.

The Playoff Committee was aching for any reason to not include TCU in the top 4 since the first one was released.

Me.

Why not. We talk about how dominant the SEC is, we want as many SEC teams as possible in playoffs as that helps LSU. TCU wins and it shows parity and we get two Big 12 teams or some shite in the playoff next year.

You might want to check in on how good the Big XII actually was this year, but you might not want to interfere with your ignorance and bias.

After this game at the time of playing, TCU will have played 8 ranked teams compared to UGA’s 5 (6 if you count FCS ranked Samford), with three of those games closing out UGA’s season.

I have never had an issue with Georgia. They are the least objectional fanbase among other SEC schools. I have several friends who are Georgia fans, and Athens is a cool town with good people.

No, but their mouthpiece of ESPN did, and considering they had one loss Bama ranked ahead of them in the first poll sort of shows their lack of faith in the Frogs. Every week you’d hear how TCU has their toughest stretch…blah blah blah.

I always pull for LSU. And because of that I am pulling for UGA to win 58-3. Showing the SEC is a far superior conference and maybe one day get the benefit of the doubt and one day leap the likes of Cincinnati and TCU.

That said...I really hope TCU can pull it out.

Could UGA winning another NC hurt LSU? Nah, the entire world already knows UGA is a national powerhouse, and winning or losing to TCU won't move that needle much at all.

BS , facts prove otherwise. I suppose you followed this same "SEC homer logic" and rooted for Alabama in 2009, 2012, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020, and 2021 ? Every kid growing up playing football has witnessed ALA's domination over the last 15 yrs. By the time they reach HS, these young adults are conditioned to WINNING Championships and playing on Sundays. Most of the 4 and 5 star recruits have ALA in their final list of schools. ALA has dominated NSD and played in 6 of the last 8 NC games.

So, UGA winning another NC will definitely begin a trend in recruiting just like ALA did 15 yrs ago.

I hope and pray you still don't root for ALA when they play in bowl games and NC games.

This season has been pretty satisfying for me. We beat Bama and in doing so won the west and knocked them out of the playoffs.

Other than for being in the playoffs ourselves, it don’t get much better than that! lol

So, may the better team win.
