Our youngest is in HS so pretty much the same. The days of me up at 2am on Christmas Eve putting shite together are over. I did my time

My youngest is a sophomore in college. I’ve been over the assembly game for quite awhile.
Echoing an earlier post, you boys will be toasted tonight for your fine efforts. It’ll be worth it for all the smiles you see tomorrow.

A bunch of Rubik's Cubes for stocking stuffers. I got them at a discount but it's not easy.

Yep no regrets. The absolute worst thing I ever remember assembling was one of those 3 in 1 game tables (air hokey, Foosball etc). That thing whipped my arse but our kids and the neighborhood kids enjoyed it for years.

The Barbie dream house was the worst thing I ever assembled
I nearly divorced the wife over it

I get way too drunk on Christmas Eve to put shite together. I used to hire people to do that.

Who would have gotten to keep the house?

Not much to assemble this year. Spider-Man bike and a grocery store stand with a checkout belt & register. I’m sure putting the million stickers on that one will be the worst part.
My kids are 3 & 5, this is going to be such a fun Christmas morning
