Makes sense, Barklow is sitka right?

I'll have to check their stuff out.

Well, I despise liberal media and ideology, so I may have to look at one of the others for that outer layer to break the wind.

I know you can't have it all, but damn I wish these Down puffies weren't so delicate. My bottoms are more duct tape than fabric after just 2 years, and wearing something over them really sucks. If they'd just at least make the butt part tough so you could sit down on a log without ripping them.

You do you but Rinella opposes the ideology from Chernin. I don’t like that he took the money but it could be one of those things that he just didn’t have the confidence to say “no.”

I mean Gore industries owns Sitka and they all LGTBQ and Juneteenth ppl. It’s same thing. Just gotta accept it.

I think mountain hardwear has a stretch down that is more resilient. Kuiu has a down pro that I believe is tougher.

mountain hardwear

I've put my ghost whisperer through some shite and it got it's first rip a few months ago. It's 11 years old.

Pocket was unzipped and I turned and the door knob went right through it. Of all the things

Getting a hold of Mountain Hardwear has been a pain so I can get it fixed.

Just got the Nomad Conifer bibs, jacket, and gloves. First set of higher end gear so I don’t have much to compare it to, but I was impressed. Kept me warm today with just one layer of thermals underneath

Well that sucks! Outdoorsmen are usually some of the most conservative people in America. I despise liberal ideology and the destruction that it’s bringing to the traditional family system!

I love first lite gear, but do all that I can to avoid supporting the liberal ideology.

Back to topic: are all the new first lite top layers wind proof?

I don’t think all are but I know solitude and Sanctuary are. I wish that solitude didn’t have that collar as I might’ve gotten it.

I am not sure yet. I like the gaiters at the ankles. I got tore up with chiggers earlier this year and thats what made me buy them.

Always thought the Sitka was just a fashion statement. I hunted this am in 8 degree , -7 windchill, water up to my waist and it held up. Didn’t ever get colder than normal. Crazy really

I went still hunt with my bow yesterday.

Had first lite aerowool, a cabelas fleece henley, first lite sawtooth. Bottom I wore fleece wader pants then some old cotton natural gear cargo pants. One of those funny looking Filson hats that’s undefeated vs the weather.

I brought another coat and heavy fleece pants but didn’t need them.

I really like the sawtooth. The arms fit tight so you can’t wear much underneath but I’ve been impressed with how warm it is.

Levi's and a fruit of the loom t-shirt, a Russell Grey Hoodia, tan Red Head polyfilled vest and a 17 dollar insulated camo coverall from K-mart.

Ì'm also posting from 1987 which is the last time I hunted in the morning when it was 15 degrees.
