If only there was a guy we paid a lot of money to, who not only was qualified, but also had a vested interest in the success of the team, perhaps even access to players... Even better, if he had some input about what system would be run, and maybe put the candidates through some sort of TRAIL RUN, a simulation, call it practice, or something like that. I would trust THAT GUY to make the call.

If you look at the final 4 teams in the playoffs for the last 8 years, you would be hard press to find a team that has a running QB. If you are happy with a 7-4 season, then go with a running QB. I have seen this movie before with Les Miles.

We need an actual running game. Having an elusive qb is a blessing, but we could not consistently run the ball this season. Daniel’s should not lead the team in rushing attempts.
