Anyone have a clue if I can travel from Texas to Costa Rica with Delta 8 or 9 Gummies?

I’ve not flown out of the country in the last 7 or so years without gummies. Weed gummies. Prolly 30 or so times. Including Costa Rica.

I took medical gummies to Spain this past May. I just put one in my daily pill containers. You could also mix them in with Melatonin in its container. I wouldn't presume that Delta 8 or 9 is legal where you are going just because it's (currently) legal here.
That said, I had zero issues and not only flew to Spain but had several flights while I was there.

Recently flew into Seattle, drove across boarder to Canada and flew back from Vancouver with about a dozen of them in a baggie stuffed inside my backpack with ton of other shite. Nobody batted an eye or looked inside my backpack going through security. YMMV

Dogs at airports are trained to find bombs and weapons, not weed. And the xray folks aren't looking for pills/gummies either.
That being said, it's pretty easy to put some in an airtight pill bottle and in your luggage. I've flown with them in both carry on and checked baggage and never had a problem.
