I think it was spelled "Shaddz", if I'm not mistaken on Veterans almost approaching Kenner. I remember it closed at midnight and at "the bar" they sold water, sodas, and juices. I also remember it used to have pool tables. 1987 to be exact.
The one on Causeway I do not recall the name. It was bigger and had more space for dancing. It had a large main entry vestibule at the center, at the right there was a large dance room and at the left of the vestibule was a lounge. Great memories!
