Proud of Mohave County resident and Dist 30 Senator Sonny Borrelli for filing his lawsuit against Katie Hobbs and Maricopa County. Mohave County voters were disenfranchised and Borrelli is doing something about it!

no standing once the election isa certified since there is no possible remedy, cant redo the election, because after its certified its done

Yep. No court will overturn an election.
Including the Supremes.

Hobbs should come out and say she blatantly cheated and literally nothing can be done about it post certification.
Remember when you thought this was the greatest country on earth? I'd trust a classroom full of Kindergartners before trusting this group of politicians.

I don't like this one bit but the reality is.......
Nothing will happen
Nothing will happen

Is it just me or does it ALWAYS seem like these big grand gestures are done after the fact when nothing can be done about it even if they wanted to?

California courts did so after Prop 81 went down in a landslide. Overwhelming majority voted it down, but the courts nullified the results for reasons I don't recall.

This is new.
Per Christina Bobb on War Room…Maricopa County outsourced signature verification and broke AZ law. That’s what part of this lawsuit is about and it’s brought on behalf of Mohave County residents.

it still doesnt matter
why do you think they pressed sohard for forced certification? once certified the election is baked in, it doesnt matter if everyone involved admitted to breaking every law on the books, they still cant remove her from office once certified.
and yes that means even if she hasnt been sworn in yet for the new term. its over, thats why they forced them to certify it

The signature verification was done by the Maricopa Elections Dept. That 'outsourcing' was scanning the unopened envelopes - while bipartisan watchers were present.

You have to wonder why they wait until certification.
I guess, before the certification, no harm has been committed? There’s still a chance it could turn out right?
After the certification, too bad, so sad.
Easily one of our most corrupt processes.

How do you know this? Christina Bobb said they won’t comply with the subpoena.

Geraghty explained the process as follows: “Early ballots returned to Maricopa County Elections before the voting deadline are transported by bipartisan Maricopa County elections staff to Runbeck Election Services where ballot envelopes are scanned by Runbeck equipment. Runbeck does not open ballot envelopes and does not capture the image of any voted ballots. Runbeck captures images of the unopened returned envelopes for Maricopa County only, which they use for audit and signature verification.”
The sealed envelopes are then returned to Maricopa County’s election office for processing and tabulation.

Geraghty also referred to a tweet by the Maricopa Republican Party, saying Republican observers were at Runbeck “on Election Night and the next day when ballots were being sent there for scanning!”

From the article…
Besides…
Bobb said AZ law states that third parties cannot handle ballots. So none of the above really matters. They broke the law.
quote:
The Maricopa County Elections Department 2022 Elections Plan states that Runbeck scans the affidavit envelopes “to capture a digital binary image of the voter signatures from that packet and places those images into an automated batch system for Elections Department staff to review (see page 44 and 45 bit.ly/3V3kicg ). Election workers then compare those images with other signatures in the official voter registration file. Voters are required to sign the affidavit envelope, as well as date it and include a phone number (bit.ly/3gut97G ) . An example of an affidavit envelope posted by the Maricopa County Elections Department is viewable (here ) The Maricopa County Elections Department 2022 Elections Plan also details that the transfer “is documented using a chain-of-custody transfer slip that is signed by both Elections Department staff and Runbeck staff.”

Thomas Edward Campbell (January 18, 1878 – March 1, 1944)[1] was the second governor of the state of Arizona,[2] United States. He was the first Republican and first native-born governor elected after Arizona achieved statehood in 1912.
In 1917, he was initially declared the governor of Arizona in a disputed gubernatorial election but the decision was later overturned by the courts, who awarded the election to George W. P. Hunt. Campbell ran for governor again and won two terms, serving 1919–1923. He died in 1944. He played instrumental roles in the drafting of Arizona's tax and revenue laws and adoption of the Colorado River Compact that allocated water rights among the western states.[3]

I really hate when pleadings start off with the attorney information.
