Fenugreek makes you fart.
Arginine is legit as a vasiodialator.

Other two I know nothing about

A lot of these work

Be careful with ashwaganda though it needs to be cycled

It wasn't really for me I stopped taking it after a week or so

I actually ended up in the hospital last December with pancreatitis due to ashwaganda usage. Guess my body doesn't like it much

What does it do to you if you don’t cycle?

Read up on it:

"Some guides consider it inedible"

"Its flavor may be compared to that of lobster"

Hmm. Real lack of consensus there.

I’ve noticed a lot of this stuff doesn’t have a lot of research, but I’m interested in agrestis as well. Tested on rats and apparently they were fricking like rabbits

Arginine and carnitine together is gonna make you feel warm.

Try it on a cold morning. Take them together and i bet you don’t have to wear a bunch of clothes to stay warm

Do you lift or exercise? I take carnitine and arginine but I don’t think it’s going to do much if you sit around all day

NOT a gimmick. Legit. Especially L-Arginine. (just take L-Lysine with it. The extra Arginine for some reason reactivates latent Herpes virus. Seriously)

Add Beet Powder (Nitric Oxide) and a Protein enzyme (Serrapeptase) for an even better muscle pump / circulation / anti-Inflammatory effect.
