Citrulline is superior to arginine and can give you viagra-like erections at 5+ grams.
Ashwaganda made my hair thin and made me sweat a lot(it can affect your thyroid)
Fenugreek haven’t tried yet.
Acetyl L Carnitine has subtle mood-lifting properties and also can give you viagra-esque erections.

I are fennugreek sprouts for a while. Tasted like arse.
Ashwaganda, definitely helps with inflammation if your have lingering injuries.
When we wanted a kid, I had my swimmers tested and it was high end of normal. The doc said I was good to go. Figuring more is better, I took Ashwaganda, longjack, and 10 grams of fish oil every morning.
Two months later concentration was like 660 million viable per ml.
High enough that the doc called the nurse and told her to have the lab correct their numbers and call back immediately only to have the PA say she already had and they were correct.
