Which stadium and era would you most like to go back and watch a sporting event?

I'm not a Yankees fan. But would probably pick Yankee Stadium with 1920s Murderers Row teams, when Ruth and Gehrig were both in their primes. And nothing beats the old baseball stadiums. If you have a specific event, that can be included.

Willie Mays at the Polo Grounds would be cool.

Perhaps the Brooklyn Dodgers in the 50s at Ebbetts Field.
I went to the old Detroit Tigers stadium back in the 80s. It was really cool. It was like you walked into a 1920 stadium and Ty Cobb was stealing third.

West Point, 1890 for the first Army-Navy game.

Three Rivers Stadium circa early 70’s. The greatest team in NFL history.

As an Alabama fan “The Game that Changed the South” - undefeated Alabama’s 1926 Rose Bowl win over Washington - would be cool to see. At the time most didn’t think southern teams could compete with the nation’s powers in the north and west.

That 2000 or 2001 WS between the DBacks and Yankees were amazing to watch. To be in Yankee Stadium on consecutive nights where the Yanks hit GW HRs in the B9 to win games would have been amazing in Old Yankee Stadium.

I'd join you...(specifically, when their batting practice blasts into the seats alone intimidated the 1927 Pirates before that WS.)
At the top of my list: Any Yankees-Dodgers World Series of the 1950s. That vibe had to have been electric to the max.

That Defense was arguably the best for any stretch. Almost impossible to move against.
Steelers-Raiders from that era was always an entertaining bloodbath. Reminder that Today's NFL action vs Then is like Day vs Night.

RFK during the heydays of the Redskins. Not this bs Daniel Snyder mess I was born into.

Rosenblatt Stadium 1996 CWS final. Had tickets and was supposed to be there but my grandfather had to have emergency surgery, so the trip was cancelled. Went in 1997 and 1998, so I did see a championship run but nothing like 1996 obviously.
I’d also love to relive plenty of games from my childhood as an adult.
