IF it were true, it would mean they arrested both parties most likely, so the boyfriend would have likely been sent to the pokey as well.

UT wouldn’t officially be involved in a booster making something g disappear. They aren’t paying the DA to make it go away, they would be paying the one that got choked.

So they got into it, he choked her, neighbors heard screaming and called the police, she didn't want to press any charges, police saw marks around her neck and took him in anyway.

Beard doesn't even look like the same guy anymore. He was so clean cut before he got to Texas. Guess he always had the trash deep inside of him and once he got that new money the trash came out.

Yea that sounds likely, so charges will eventually be dropped once the victim refuses to participate. He might keep his job with some spin and missing rest of season. If it was someone that called and gf refused to actually press charges
