I’ll watch it, but the series really doesn’t lend itself to film. So much internal dialogue and flashbacks and split personalities etc

Did King ever re-do the absolute dogshit ending to the Gunslinger story?.. Knew a guy who dedicated years of his life to this story only to be fuming mad at the original ending.
