The appeareance of the gulf low has warmed things up into the 30s. Highs look to be in the lower 40s at best.
Classic, age old, question...will the cold take over in time..?

This looks like a good setup indeed.

Oh I see, this is relative to average.
So average temp that day of around 35 degrees...that's about right.

I will be in Jackson, MS for December 24-25, how are we looking for snow in the Jackson, MS area? My son wants to see snow while we are up there.

Probably slightly higher chances than normal, but anyone legitimately forecasting snow two weeks out for the Southeast is just blowing smoke.

Hopefully, Jackson will get some snow then. That way you'll have some clean, fresh water available during your trip.

This is about as cold of an Euro EPS run as you will see in the longer range.
