not familiar with St. Paul but I am excited to check them out. Devon Allman is a good show I’ve seen him a few times. Shinyribs is always fun, great party music

hogs is a good time if you’ve never been

The Sheepdogs are one of the most underrated bands going right now. Feeling Good

St Paul is a bit played out in my opinion. Few cool acts though

Bartees Strange would be worth seeing... An of course, Shinyribs (admittedly, I have never caught them live).

Pretty lame lineup imo.

Was hoping for a return of Turnpike Troubadours, but like the lineup, overall.

I think overall it's the weakest lineup that they've had. shinyribs is a good show and so is paul/broken bones.

Agree maybe w headliners. They don’t do much for me. But I think the strength is the undercard. I think it’s the deepest bench they’ve had. Just about all the names under the main line are great acts. But maybe unknown to some. Who I want to see:

CWG
Daniel Donato!
Bartees Strange (Nola never gets that)
Wilder Blue
Deslondes
Sheepdogs are incredible
Jackie Venson (saw great set on ACL)
Nolan Potter (don’t know him but friend says this is the can’t miss if like psych)

Becker did a writeup on the lineup.

Hogs lineup - beckerhall.com

Granted he's pushing ticket sales so he's going to say they're all great, but this is a good resource to help me decide when to take breaks from the Rugaroux Q booth. Plus find something new on Spotify.

I've never felt disappointed with the music after the fest happens, but the lineup typically feels underwhelming at first clance - mostly due to lack of familiarity.

Some of the bands/singers that I discovered sooner than I would have but for Hogs:

Tyler Childers
American Aquarium
Lukas Nelson
Marcus King
Neal Francis
The War and Treaty
The Steeldrivers
Turnpike Troubadours
Caamp
Shovels & Rope
Dragon Smoke
The Wood Brothers

Same, because it’s the only way they’re coming to Louisiana

This is a step back of a line up. Thought every year was getting a little better.

Still a chance they could find a way on to Jazz Fest lineup
