Affirmative action Joe strikes again this is what happens when you appoint someone to check a box this woman is absolutely worthless. Doesn't know what a woman is, is soft on child predators and with whatever this case is she is also a massive extremist

She is not capable of her job.
Does she know that It’s a Wonderful Life was made in 1946, when the population was 90.1% white?

All kidding aside, I don't think she's saying that the movie was racist, but that if someone decided they wanted to reenact it today, if they sought out only white people to fit the imagery, then that would be discriminatory. I guess the journalist's laptop ran out of battery before she mentioned how "Black Panther" would be affected, or if someone wanted to reenact "Boyz in the Hood".

Of the three liberals: Kagan is the least diverse of the diversity hires, meaning her credentials had to be more solid. We need disparate voices for numerous reasons, so I don't care to see her leave any time soon.
Sotomayor is not as smart, but overall she fills her role adequately.

The cünt is somehow dumber than she looks, and she looks like a mouth breather.

You’re talking about producing - relevant to the case. She is talking about discriminatory selling of already produced work - not relevant to the case.
She’s describing a hypothetical production company who stages recreations of the movie and only agrees to produce such recreations for customers of the same race as the original cast. Nothing about selling already-produced work.

“It’s a Wonderful Life” is literally my favorite Christmas movie. Ever. It's the GOAT, as far as I'm concerned. Can quote over 95% of it from memory.
And my skin is just as dark (actually, it's probably darker) than KBJ's
I'm taking her decision personally to utilize IAWL for her FUBAR analogy (like, seriously, what the hell was she even trying to say there? I've read and listened to it, and it makes less sense every time )

That’s because you have a deep understanding of the really complicated things in life...

That is too stupid for even my first year roommate in the LSU Stadium to even be caught saying. And he lasted about 6 weeks. Well, at least he quit sleeping in his bunk after that.
