This appears to be gaining some more traction as of late from the Jennings folks in the know. Could see him enter the portal within a week. Hope it holds up, would be a great addition to the RB room.

Right. But we slow played him and thought he'd jump at being our backup plan to Akers. It's understandable, to me, that that put a sour taste in his mouth.

I believe so, yes. I guess nothing in CFB surprises me anymore but Etienne is a major talent and would be a huge blow to lose.

Question...maybe I grew in the wrong part of S. Louisiana but of the dozen or so folks I knew with that last name they pronounced their name with a soft "E" instead of a long "E" sound.

Well cmon mama, let's back up the moving truck.
This guy has break-away speed and would be another matchup problem on 3d down. Foot in the ground, inside cut on a LB, and take it to the house. Would love to see it happen.
