Its what they're doing.

Investigating multiple gun purchases. That is what happened in Delaware. The owner purchased his guns, the FFL filed out the paperwork, and AFT showed up at his door.
Conducting a welfare check. If you thought “Red Flags” were new, they are not.
Assuming ATF shows up with local cops in tow, do you have to let them in your home? No, not without a warrant.

Btw.. does the Supreme Court EPA ruling make this one invalid?

K street should stop wring legislation for congress. Congress should have to write bills and do what they are supposed to do. Then the American people would not have to worry about so many bills that are so controlling.

Attorney who tracks suits
Follow him. He tracks and reports out suits across the country.
I believe the suit you are referring to is this one LINK

Huh, you're right. I don't see shite in there about barrel length. Or bump stocks. Or automatic rifles. Yet, here we are.

They wouldn’t exist if it weren’t for the bullshite barrel length regulations.
It is bullshite that you can own a handgun but not a SBR or sawed off shotgun. They really need to amend the NFA to exclude those weapons

I think I’d rather die than stub my toe every day. I approve of your tortu…er I mean rehabilitation methods

Absolutely.
Makes no common sense, but Im not a stupid Democrat who wouldn't know the difference if you spotted them the information.

They planning on buying them? At a minimum, it constitutes a taking requiring just compensation under the 5th Amendment.
If this is a legal act (and the EPA decision calls that into doubt), it is an ex post facto law to the extent it applies to already purchased and owned firearms.

Yep. The SC rightly saw fit to do away with R v. W, but the 1934 NFA is even more blatantly unconstitutional.

Someone needs to introduce the ATF to the 2nd Amendment. "Shall not be infringed" is about as concrete as it gets.
True. I am sure the founders thought it would be sufficient.
But I guess they should have added "this amendment guarantees the citizens of America to own\carry\transport ANY firearm at ANY location at ANY time. Any government employee attempted to subvert this amendment shall be guilty of subversion and the sentence for such an infraction is death".

It's obvious that these globalists are continuously applying more pressure for control/confiscation of privately owned firearms at a global scale which means that they are uniformly and enacting these policies from a centralized origin...
The centralized origin is Satan, pushing for a one world government. Its all there in your Bible.

Its been a fad for a while, I don't get it either.
Its a workaround for some because of the tax stamp you have to get for a SBR. I don't need or really want an SBR.
