Why is it being implied that young Pulisic won't play Saturday?

I wasn't able to watch with more than 1 eye until the final 15 mins but it didn't look like something that he can't shake off.

He couldn’t go in the second half, so it’s clearly in question whether he will be ok in 4 days

Took a hard knee right above the junk. Looked pretty bad to me.

When a player doesn't even care about the massive and much needed goal they just scored due to pain, the injury is likely pretty intense. His face looked like he was in severe pain. Maybe he'll be good to go by then, but I doubt he'd react that way and not play in the second half if it was just a minor thing.

Counter Attack is reporting he has been taken to the hospital for a scan of his abdomen.

I don't think he got hit in the ribs. That knee went straight into his junk.
I worry he lost a testicle. I mean i doubt he lost one, but there is something that happens to them that can be extremely painful, somethign about them getting twisted up, forgot the term for it.
We've all been hit in the nuts before. Give it a few minutes and the pain will go away, but when the pain lasts that long and you can't continue to play in the biggest game of your life, you got some major issues.
Maybe he got hit in the kidney or some other organ down there.
