For the 2nd year in a row...
Every one of Navy's wins against UCF in the history of the 2 teams playing has been against Gus.

No Gus quit recruiting, especially on the Lines and at WR.

Ole Miss should have kept Cutcliff.

This. We damn sure needed to move on from him. It was time.

Nah, we’re good.
Freeze couldn't get his team to beat New Mexico State! Drinkwitz's team won it in a blowout. I don't get it why people like Freeze? Are you telling me he is the best you got lined up at this time? Freeze also lost the last 3 games. Don't tell me he gave up because he is going to take the Auburn job.

Maybe not, but you definitely don’t fire Gus to hire Bryan Harsin.

I don't agree - it was time to love on

You are 100% correct. Getting rid Gus was the correct move IMO - but replacing him with Harsin was a terrible decision.

Everyone but Auburn fans know Gus is the best coach they will have for a long time.

Is this supposed to mean something

Well, yea, if the choices are Harsin and Freeze.
Despite, the objective fact that Auburn has won big (and is extremely well supported administratively and financially), it just seems like it would be a really hard job to win in the double-digits. Stuck between Alabama and Georgia, and if you head south, there are the 2 Floridas to deal with.

None of that is a good reason to keep Gus Malzahn. He is one of the reasons we suck at OL. He couldn’t develop shite.
Now, I will always give Gus respect for what he did accomplish and he was a good ambassador of Auburn, but letting him go was the right decision.

You guys should roll the dice if Wisconsin hires someone other than Leonhard. Jim Leonhard with the kind of resources Auburn has could be a very good move. But give him at least 3 years and suggest to him he hire Cadillac.
