Yep. Whatever steak you get and whatever temp you get - specifically say charred.

I think the crab cakes appetizer with their remolaude is the best non steak item on the menu.

I am going next week for my first time. Going to get the bone-in filet with lobster mac and the calamari.

Second the calamari. That sets the bar for any other calamari I eat.

You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

i usually get shoe string potatoes and extra butter on whatever steak im getting so i can dredge the shoe shrings in the butter

i also really like the creamed spinach
