Arcades. Video rental stores. Cartoons. Atari and then Nintendo. Awesome cereal. Riding bikes with your buds after cartoons on Saturday and not getting home until dark. Was a great decade to be a kid/teenager.

Aerobicize on Showtime in the early 1980's was quite incredible. Even at a young age, I was happy for those women improving upon their fitness and willing to show us how it is done.
Because, quite honestly, at that point in time, we had no clue. I am grateful for those trailblazers, because that's what they are.

The video games I played were Tempest, Donkey Kong and Defender.. Didn't care for Pacman..
