I am going to my first Saints game on Monday. Does this board of Saints wisdom have any advice for parking?

Some suggested side streets can park free on Sundays a few blocks away, but what about late Monday night?

Also, Saints 24 Ravens 17.

Prepare to come back to your windows being smashed out.

Parking in the parking garages underneath the dome are the most convenient and safest option.

Does no one use the ParkWhiz app???

It makes parking anywhere in the US for any event a snap.

I'm so tired of hearing this shite. Tens of thousands of cars park downtown for the games. There were 2 incidents over 2 seasons of a couple dozen cars that got broken into. Do the math and realize how small of a percentage chance there is of your window getting broken. I've gone to almost every home game since 2003, parked on the street, and no one has ever touched my car. I swear, some of you just live in perpetual fear of leaving your house.

Poydras a couple of blocks away from the dome. I believe it’s city hall parking.

There’s always spots. I’ve never had an issue even 30 mins before kickoff.

DON’T park on side streets in that city. If you do, leave your windows open with no valuables in your car and save yourself a window replacement.

DO NOT, repeat, DO NOT park on any side streets anywhere. LaToya ('da mayor') is still soft on punishing carjackers properly. Find a lot close to the dome and be willing to pay whatever is necessary to have a secure parking spot. You may want to Uber to the dome from a remote spot in Metairie. GOOD LUCK wherever you end up because you will need it.

South Robertson and Cleveland. There’s a couple lots there, pay to park. Easy in and out on Canal. 10 minute walk to the dome. You’ll be walking with a crowd of saints fans coming and going.

No one is in perpetual fear of leaving their house, but they are not going to put themselves in the situation.

You won’t catch me anywhere near Orleans Parish.

Feelings hurt that the city the Saints call home is a shitehole? The same city that had the Saints owner carjacked and lucky to be alive.

It’s ok the pull for the Saints and dislike New Orleans as a failed woke experiment.

I work in Metairie. Is it cheaper to Uber there than to park? I'm more concerned with how long it might take to get an Uber after the game. Someone suggested to me getting off at Tulane Ave and parking down Villiere St or one of those.

Parking Garage by the Post Office on Loyola.

Close to the Dome and you’re past the cops directing & stopping traffic on Girod
